Acceptance

By using Grasp It you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Licence

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Grasp It for your own purposes, subject to these terms.

Our rights

Grasp It and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by Augmented Haptics Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app except as these terms allow.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide an accurate email address when registering.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Grasp It, including attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service, reverse-engineering it except where permitted by law, or using it to break any applicable law.

Your responsibility

You agree to cover us for any claims, losses, or costs arising from your misuse of Grasp It or your breach of these terms or any applicable law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the decks and other work you create in Grasp It. We claim no rights over it.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, comments, or suggestions, we may use them freely to improve Grasp It, without any obligation to you.

Availability

Grasp It is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Grasp It. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Grasp It at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in full effect.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Grasp It after a change means you accept the updated terms. The date above reflects the most recent change.
